Classes range in intensity
from gentle to vigorous and accommodate all ages and levels:
beginner, intermediate and advanced. Diana is certified to teach
pre-natal yoga as well.
Private classes: Private
clients are taught in their homes. A private class can consist
of one or more people. A private session is a great way for a
beginning student to develop a yoga practice. You will receive
specialized attention geared toward your needs. Private yoga
also serves to greatly enhance the experience of someone with
an existing practice.
Group classes: Group classes are fun and give like-minded
individuals an opportunity to meet and experience yoga through
community spirit.
Corporate classes: Diana is available
to teach yoga at corporate fitness centers. Yoga in the work
place has been proven to be very beneficial towards employee
production levels.
Diana teaches private clients at their homes, and
group classes at health clubs, yoga centers, and corporate fitness
centers.
